Facility Use Request

Please fill out this form to initiate the process of getting your event on the church calendar to reserve your space. Priority is given to NHF ministries, events and funerals. Please note that filling out the form is not a guaranteed approval.  The team will review your request to make sure there are no conflicts with the calendar, etc, 

We hope to get back to you within a timely manner to:
1. Send you an additional form to help us best understand your event
2. Schedule an In-Person meeting to walk you through the facility and where supplies for your event may be found

Please Note:

+ When returning chairs or round tables please do not do so on Sunday morning.
+ If you request the Worship Center and need sound there is a Sound Tech Fee
+ If you request the Worship Center and need to use Power Point or slides there is a Media Fee
